Well, that is true fixedgear. I've tried that in past though and it leads to backwards saddles and whisky lubed chains!

Man, I'm pretty jelous!

My workshop basically consists of a battered toolbox and a shared back garden. Not a lot of heat out there in the Scottish winters...

My work space is indoors, too, as are the bikes since we are garageless. Not quite as tidy as either of your set ups, but I've got space for a peg board, I'd never thought of it. Consider me inspired.

my work shop takes up about 1/2 my whole-in-the-wall apt, consisting of a Topeak floor-to-ceiling rack, an under-BB stand and a 5 teir plastic self unit. 3 wheelsets against the wall.

Good news I am upgrading to a Real work bench with a seat post clamp mounted to it. out on my porch for the summer. :)

Fixedgear, can I live in your workshop? That's awesome!

I have my repair stand on my back porch...tools in the kitchen, parts and tires in the shed out back, and bikes scattered all over my yard under tarps. It's an ugly, messy affair, so I won't share photos.

Arleigh, your "shop" is coming along nicely...but you could use some artwork or something on the walls to pretty it up. Looking forward to seeing more of it!
