Like Arleigh said, Pedro's have a lifetime warranty, and plus they are easily the best tire levers on the market. Don't waste your money on anything else!

Probikekit have some that are fairly cheap. I picked up a set with my last order and they work reasonably well - still not as good as metal levers, but they don't scratch the rims when I'm changing out those insanely tight studded tyres, either!

Soma and Kool I think make some. Its only the Park do I have tons of problems with. Pedro's has a life time warranty. You break them and you send them back in an envelope.. they send you new ones.

I've had bad luck with plastic levers lately too. Maybe because of the cold. I like the plastic ones, since they don't scratch your rims; however, I do keep one metal one with me in case the plastic ones break.
