Work Stand Under $100

January 20th, 2008 by Arleigh Jenkins

Ultimate Support makes some of the best traveling repair stands.  I found a recreational one at Jenson for $79.99!  A crazy low price for a stand that will last for a long time.

Easily perform routine maintenance, or just wash your bike. Whatever your needs, the BRS-50R will meet them, all this at a very economical price!

  • Spinner clamp for fast, secure clamping on seat posts and different diameter tubes
  • Head unit is 55″ off the ground
  • clamp allows 360 degree rotation of bike
  • Stable base holds up to 60 lbs
  • Legs and clamp head fold into a compact shape weighing just 13.6 lbs for portability
  • Setup/teardown with no tools
  • 3 year warranty

Performance Bike has a Spin Doctor Essential II Work Stand for $60. True, it’s a different setup, but still.

Picked up the Spin Doctor II at Performace on Friday (I think I paid $80). How in the world have I lived so long w/out a work stand! Amazing, no wonder working on the bike always took me so much time–I DIDN’T HAVE A WORK STAND!
