Instructables has a great how to on making your own headset cup remover. Most shops don’t lend out this tool or have it for sale so if you have the ability to make it I say go for it!

    Good one. Copper is pretty soft, I think a piece of steel conduit is probably the ticket. Haven’t seen your site in a while (I read the RSS feed) but I like the redesign.

    The softness of copper means you are less likely to damage other surfaces, but in tube form it is strong enough that it won’t buckle or anything foolish like that. It’s pretty cheap, too!
