Last year Tim attended the Punk Bike Enduro that is held by Dirt Rag Mag in Pittsburgh, PA. This year BOTH of us are going. I’m driving up from NC and picking him up along the way. We’ll be bumming a night of sleep from a friend and then on to craziness of the Enduro.

I’m looking forward to this event for many reasons.

1. Road trip with Tim. We’ll have plenty of quality time to share ideas, stories and have a good sing along. We plan on doing a couple races next year together (another post will explain this) and I think this will be good bonding few hours.
2. Pittsburgh. I’ve heard many stories about this fine town and I hope Saturday night before the event I’ll see some of it!
3. Friends. I’m from the Mid Atlantic so a number of my old friends and riding partners will be there. Good time, good beer and good friends - what is better?
4. New trails. Do I need to explain?
5. The event. Supposedly…..is always crazy, you’re always hung over while doing it and sometimes (normally) its muddy. Sounds like a good event to me.

I’m excited about this trip up north and all the stories that will be had.
