Mavic has introduced the Crossride UB - 1750g per pair, $200. Not too shabby.

Lake updated their famed winter shoe with a new split top collar, more reflective piping, a Vibram sole, and fewer seams down low. Also now available in wide sizes. $260. They also introduced some casual, sort of riding shoes - call them sneakers with a cyclists touch with some reinforcement here and stiffer sole there. $60 - 90

The Mongoose Otero Super retails for $900 and has RockShox suspension front and rear. Disc brakes and adjustable travel out back from 2.5 - 4in make this bike a reasonable choice for the money.

That shoe sure has made it’s rounds. Started out as an Intense branded shoe. Then, I beleive it went to THE (Toby Hendersen I think) and now a Marzocchi. Sweet. It also started out in two different rubber compounds if I remember correctly. Cool!

Lake boots in WIDE!!!! Let us rejoice. Unfortunately, I’ll likely have to wait a while to catch a sale. I’ll stick with my way too long Kashmir’s for now. But I will definitely be getting a pair of those boots!!!!
