The big release this year at Trek for mountain was of course the new Fuel EX. Along those same lines came the Remedy. I won’t bore you with all the info that you can find ALL over the internet. Let’s talk about new news.

Their clothing. The new shorts are amazing. I don’t have MSRP handy but for something that will compete with all the other big names they are pretty swanky looking. Their long and short sleeve jerseys are stellar this year. They really stepped back from the whole Nike/Trek dissolving & concentrated on some key pieces. Including gloves, jerseys, socks & shorts. There is also a rumor that a new helmet is in the design process.

Finally a very cool thing that I’m excited about that will have a review up in a couple weeks on Commute by Bike is their new commuting lights. Even a light band that can be turned into a dog collar.
