Camelbak Water Bottle
October 6th, 2006 by MikeCamelbak has released a new spill proof water bottle. Tim and I were able to get our hands on one at Interbike this year, thanks Dax! They did a great job with this water bottle. The bottle will screw onto most water filters and the spill proof cap will fit on most other water bottles. It holds .75 liters of water and still fits into most cup holders. The bite valve, which is what makes it water proof, flips in for storage and so you don’t mess up the valve. The bottle is dish washer safe also. It comes in 9 different colors.

As soon as we got the water bottles we filled them up with a new hydration/electrolyte drink called Elixir that Camelbak is looking to release. We used them for the rest of the show and they came in very handy. And of course, no spills. I actually carry the Camelbak water bottle into the office with me. You can pick one up for about $12. Check out Camelbak’s site to see some flash examples of how the bottle works.

Bla, bla, bla! Fun site but how about giving us some real real answers…
Will it stay in the bottleholder as I pass the railroad tracks?
Has anyone had problems with these bottles leaking through the small diaphram valve in the top?
Cool!Bottle wholesale
Have you heard of the drink ZYM, it Elixir similar to that?
They can leak through the valve if it gets dirty. A quick rinse will fix that.
