Sorry for the harshness.

Your efforts ARE well appreciated.

And perhaps more importantl, thanks for providing the insights and extras such as the crooked cog podcasts and the down to earth info about bikelife and culture.

At the very least you have to appreciate the effort to take all those pictures and put them up quickly.

Dang if I only had time for editing...

I didn't even realize I took a shot of my feet while messing with the camera and my laptop.

Alan perhaps what you may not consider is that when we were uploading photos we're doing mass uploads. We could be loading up to 130 photos at a time so some bad shots will slip through the cracks.

In our case, the goal was quantity.

We basically have a choie with the amount of people we have covering the show. Either take a handful of pictures WE like and miss a huge portion of the stuff at the show. Or we can take as many pictures as possible and upload them as quickly as possible so people can see a wide range of stuff.

Sure editing pictures and weeding out the bad pictures would be nice, but when you have just a handful of people getting over 2300 pictures taken while doing everything else that has to be done... then some quality is gonna suffer.

With the amount of traffic we've been getting to the site though, it seems plenty of people liked our coverage... so we must be doing something right.

Quality not quantity.
A little editing would have helped. Why post an out of focus shot?
