Pedro’s USA will hold its first-ever “Bench Clearing Brawl,” a contest to select the best bike shop work bench in North America.

“Give us your poor, your tired, your cluttered messes,” said Richard Fries, marketing and communications manager for Pedro’s USA. “Work benches in bike shops are like kitchens at house parties. It’s where everybody ends up hanging out. A cool work bench is like a great kitchen; it’s utilitarian and supremely human. We love the stickers, the trophies, the posters, and the assorted cultural paraphernalia found in shops.”
