Verbal Cyclist Abuse Leads to Anger Mangagement

A MAN has been ordered by a court to attend an anger management course after he hurled racial abuse at a passing cyclist.

At Redhill Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, Paul Wallace, 21, of Hyperion Walk, Horley,who had been convicted at an earlier hearing, was sentenced to an 18-month supervision order during which he must attend a lengthy “aggression replacement” programme.
