Hot hot hot in the SF Bay Area. How are things in Virginia?

I don’t think I mentioned it to you yet but your podcast was excellent. Where did you get the deep-gravelly-radio-voice to do your intro?

I am in richmond and it has been hot as hell lately. I commute about 15 miles or so one way to work and it is pretty hot but definitely bearable if you hydrate. the other key is not pushing yourself as hard as you want to or feel you should. I actually like the heat because you get such a good sweat going.
