We’ve just come back from Manitou’s 2007 Press Launch that was held in that small corner of a foreign field that is forever England aka Morzine. Here’s the low-down on the new Minute and Nixon forks first.

Manitou’s prime initiative for next year is to upscale the image of their stuff. To be perfectly honest we kinda think they are already thought of as decent manufacturers of some really good forks. But that’s just us in the UK market we suppose. Who knows what Johnny Foreigner thinks. As a means of improving this desire to be upwardly mobile Manitou are going to stop making all their lower end forks altogether, they are also not going to bother with the trekking fork market anymore.
