Police Reward Safe Bicyclists

Children and youths wearing bicycle helmets will be ticketed by police, says Guelph Police Sgt. Doug Pflug - with a ticket for free ice cream.
Patrolling officers who spot children 4-13 riding with a helmet will - time permitting - stop and reward them with a ticket for a free Dairy Queen sundae.
