Help for Beginners

I have helped a lot of people get started in mountain biking. If there is one thing I have learned, it’s that the more enjoyable the first days are, the more people will want to continue to ride.
Possibly the best way to ensure a riders first few rides will lead to more, is to keep their comfort level high and their fear level low. Beginners need to get used to mountain biking at their own pace and pushing too hard at first can quickly turn bad.
