The punishment for these type of crimes need to be so severe that no one will risk even trying it.</description>

		<description>Local to me, a couple of grown men have been arrested after stretching a rope across "their" public road and nearly killing a motorcyclist (one of their neighbors) when they pulled the rope as he passed by.

And my friends tell me that people are "basically good."</description>
