…So far, Fallbrook has announced a licensing agreement with the Valvoline division of Ashland to develop specialty lubricants and Ellsworth International, the Southern California mountain bike maker.

After introducing its proprietary transmission technology for bicycles, Fallbrook plans to adapt the core technology for use in light electric vehicles, farm equipment and, eventually, automobiles. Through cross-licensing, the company plans to share innovations among its licensees, a move intended to speed the rate of adoption of Fallbrook’s core technology.
