I found this on Daily Express out of Malaysia. It’s bad enough to have your bike stolen but to actually see it on tape, that just sucks.

An Austral Park resident in Kepayan Ridge here received a shock when his closed-circuit TV (CCTV) captured the image of a City Hall garbage collector carting away a perfect-condition mountain bike from his compound.

Images from the CCTV showed the garbage collector calmly climbing over the fence to get into the compound to cart away the bicycle, while his colleague in the DBKK (City Hall) garbage truck was seen in the background waiting outside.
