In its first departure from the ballistic and Cordura nylon fabrics Timbuk2 made popular with its classic messenger styles, the company introduced a new line of pre-washed cotton canvas bags, available in six new styles, for this autumn’s collection.

“As the classic messenger bag style has become the all-purpose everyday carryall for both men and women, our customer base has grown substantially,” said Mark Dwight, chief executive officer of Timbuk2. “With the new Timbuk2 Single Speed collection, our intention was to explore new innovations and materials so that we could offer our customers not just the best in messenger bag design and construction, but the latest in fashion too.”
