Urban Riding

January 31st, 2006 by Mike

Let me start this out by saying that I’m kicking myself right now for not having my camera with me Sunday. Troy, Jimmy and I went for a ride around our great city of Lynchburg. I assumed that we would only be gone for an hour or so because we had some work to do on our new Diamondback Response Comp, so I didn’t bring my camera along. Stupid me! We ended up riding for four hours and Troy and Jimmy decided to get brave and hit some crazy jumps. They also spread out on some steps and were jumping each other. Oh yeah, I also forgot to check the air in my front fork which was low so that took me out of the step launching.

The weather was killer for a January day in Virginia. It was windy and about 60 degrees, perfect for some afternoon riding. It was one of those rides that make you remember why you have a bike in the first place.
