I hate missing out. And I missed out big time this last weekend at Dirt Rag’s Punk Bike Enduro.

Honestly, it was the smartest thing for me to miss it. I got a hard deadline of December 9th to get a project done at work. I have a seven and a half month pregnant wife who needs my TLC. And we are super tight on money so blowing it for 16 hours worth of driving and whatever else I would spent hanging out in PA for a couple days… just not the smartest thing.

But it sucks. I was gonna hang out with some of guys from Dirt Rag and sleep for free on Jeff Lockwood’s floor. I would’ve been in a 15 mile race that looks like it was loads of fun.

Oh well, maybe next year.
