Snobbish Thief Rides Off with Armani Bike
October 3rd, 2005 by Tim GrahlA thief walked off with one of Bianchi’s new Giorgio Armani bicycles last week from the Emporio Armani store at Caesars Palace.
The bad news is that the thief will be easily recognized on the street.
“That’s the only bike of that type in the world,” said Richard Stroem, who is responsible for the Bianchi brand worldwide. “So if that guy is riding his bike they will know it’s stolen.”
The bike was taken on Thursday, the same day it was put on display at the store.
“They opened up the store at 9 o’clock. At 4 o’clock it was stolen,” Stroem said.
