For those of you who have been trying to figure out a way to go on your next mountain bike adventure and bring your favorite pet along we have found the solution. If you have a puppy, cat, or other animal that can’t keep up on the trail now you can ride without leaving them back at the house or running their legs off. The Pet Bicycle Basket may be just what you’ve been looking for.
Hahaha! I can just imagine Fido in that little basket as I’m bombing down hills.
I went 4-wheeling with a friend a few weeks ago and he brought his little dog with him. He and I were strapped in, but with every rock and rut we hit the dog bounced all around the Jeep — I’m surprised it didn’t break its neck! I felt bad about the dog but Ed said, “Aw, he’s okay. He’s used to it.”
Dogs riding with thier owners is a common place thing on our bike paths here. The most favorite mode to carry your pet? A Burley Cub trailer with a plastic bottom, or for smaller pets, an old plastic milk crate bungee’d to a rack! This “bag” looks a little nicer than the milk crate!
It’s curious! this stuff looks like my old diaper bag! anyway great advice sweetheart.
