		<description>Good link. He'd definitely right that there are two side sof the coin and no one is completely innocent here. While as cyclists we have a legal right to the road, we must still be considerate and careful.</description>

		<description>It's not that they don't know, it's that they just don't care.  It's an emotional issue and the law has nothing to do with it.

I was reading somewhere about a cyclist who confronted a few drivers on this topic.  After explaining his legal rights, the drivers responded, "well you still shouldn't be on the road."  He gave up trying to reason with them after that.</description>
