UPDATE: Yeah so I was duped. Thanks to ChiTown Rider for bringing to my attention that, not only did I get had by Loof Lirpa Publishing (Loof Lirpa = April Fools… get it?) but I was like four months behind everyone else. Nice.

I’m not sure whether to laugh, or cry! This is reminiscent of the crap Cannondale pulled in the 90’s. This stuff is not usable by the pros, (not UCI legal) and is too “wierd” for the average guy. Not to mention all the proprietary parts! (GROAN!!!!) I hope this all just goes away!
Haha, I just thought it looked like something they would be in a futuristic movie. Complete with everyone wearing the one piece silver jump suits with moon boots on.
Very cool from a design view. But, where the hell are people going to get parts? Urgh! People have a hard enough time riding a bike with 21, 27, and 30 speeds. Now Special-Ed wants to give them a freek’n circus bike. Hum? What the hell? Keep it simple people.
This isn’t exactly what it seems - These are actual concepts from Specialized, but I don’t think there are any plans to manufacture them.
Notice that these were posted by “Loof Lirpa Publishing”, and “Loof Lirpa” is “April Fool” spelled backwards. More information is available at the following sites:
