Keegan's accomplishments are amazing.

Regarding Fujisan -- if you have two decent legs (which Keegan doesn't have), you can "climb" Fuji. I've seen 80-year-old papasans hunched over with extreme osteoporosis make it to the top of Fuji. It's high, but there's a wide, graded, packed gravel road all the way to the top. I've never seen bikes on Fuji (they're probably not permitted), but the road isn't that steep.

Mt Elbert's trail is a little rougher and it's the highest peak in Colorado, but Elbert is still a walk up rather than a climb. I've never been on Shasta so I can't comment on that.

This doesn't take away from Keegan's accomplishments at all -- Fuji and Elbert aren't "hard" mountains to climb, but it still takes willpower even for those who are fully able. That fact that Keegan did it with his arms is inspiring. Ganbate ne!
