My bike is cooler then yours
July 13th, 2005 by Tim GrahlStephen Rengold has a write up over at dirtworld.com about the “uberbike” that he got to hand pick the parts for.
He spends over 400 words explaining this bike he created out of higher end Race Face and WTB parts then basically says that this bike is to good for “Average Joe Singletrack.”
Way to connect with us Blue Collar riders.

I think what he’s saying is don’t waste your money if you haven’t done your homework or if you might not mind mixed parts…it’s a labor of love to build a custom bike, just a little unreasonably priced, but you get what you want in the end…so yes, maybe it is a too good for the average joe singletrack, who’s sole interest isn’t based on what the specifics are.
