04 Giant Warp DS 1

Some of you may have read my review for the Giant Warp DS 2 that I own. If you have read it, I basically gave the bike two thumbs up!

So when I heard that my buddy was selling a few 04 Giant Warp DS1 (the better version of mine), I had to share the news with everyone. Each DS1 is selling for $800.00

This site is a nice relief from the high priced promotional material thrown at you from the cycling world. There are plenty of “low priced” bikes that will hold up and serve their desired purpose. My bike is my main mode of transportation (I have no car, i hate ‘em), and my $300 bike lasted me 4-5 years. The only problem with it now is a broken fork, however, I am ready for a change.
I applaud you Blue Collar Mountain biking! You find and review the bikes which don’t cost more than my car. Your site is a breath of fresh air for any amateur cycling enthusiast.

I recently bought a Warp DS1. It was priced at $850 in store, but was on sale for $720. I have had no problems with it so far, I’ve ridden in mud, sand, muddy water, and dry downhill rocky terrain. It is very good for the price, and even though the parts aren’t made of platinum, they work just fine for actual riding. I was gonna throw in the extra $500 for surround sound and chrome plating, but at last minute I decided against it…

I’ve just inherited a Giant Warp DS 100. It needs a bit of attention but it looks basically sound. Is it worth spending some money on it? It looks a better bike than my current one.

I’m in the market for a Giant Warp DS1. If anyone has one they want to sell, I’d be interested. My DS2 was stolen a week ago and I figure why not upgrade to the DS1. Besides, the Giant Warp was a great bike! I had it for 8 years and loved it! ask what i said, tru all the years pass, when my brother n law sen me the picture, of the giant wrp ds 1….it was amazing,,,here in dumaguete phillippines,,,i go adventure,and explore,,,i go uphill for hours, donnhill, been many kinds of terain,,, so far my humble giant stays at his best,,,,now i up grades my component and shock ,,,,belive me,,,, come to the phillippines with my giant warp….cal me @ +639218026793……………. yhe place here ,,,,,,,jas come over lets bike!!
