  1. A budget minded individual that rides mountain bikes
  2. One that must save money over a long period of time in order to buy a new mountain bike
  3. An individual who realizes he doesn’t need all of the expensive, flashy crap that almost every freaking publication on the market tells him he needs in order to have fun riding a mountain bike
