Freeland, Md., March 1, 2005 – Racer’s Edge Inc. is pleased to announce the return of the fastest growing gravity series in the east, The Mid-Atlantic Cup. Officially in its third year, the race series will, again, visit four of the regions finest resorts. Each of the four races will also be a state championship event and will enable riders to qualify for the U.S. National Championships in September.

The series kicks off on May 14th at, a former world cup venue, the Massanutten Resort. The Virginia State Championship will consist of Downhill only and open practice will be held all day on Friday.
