The Bicycle Film Festival has its first showing of 17 programs over a 4-day period in New York City this weekend. Starting on Thursday night, the Fest opens with an art opening followed by the first and second showing, then followed by a party!

Tickets are nearly sold out now for certain showings, but there are still a few lucky spots left for the highly coveted Dirt Rag-sponsored program #9. This showing will feature 5 mountain bike-specific clips ranging from Matt Goldman’s five-minute “Bomb Bay with Ted Shred” to seventeen minutes of The Collective to a forty minute east coast premier of Aaron Chase’s latest foray in filmmaking, “Counterparts.”
