    That’s pretty interesting. I’ve always heard that Gary Fisher was the “father of mountain biking.” But according to the link it’s some guy back in the 50’s that first got into it with his Schwinn.

    Yeah, Gary Fisher is the biggest pusher of the “Gary Fisher invented the MTB” bs. Charlie Cuningham, Tom Ritchey and many others might take exception.
