I’ve been MIA since Thursday morning with no chance to hop on the internet. I think I’m going through withdrawls. I’ve been in Sunny southern California, Laguna Beach to be specific. I know what your thinking, “poor guy.” I actually only laid my eyes on the ocean once while I was here. I did however realize how much California caters to bikers and runners. It is hard to find a road without a bike lane. And they also have miles and miles of bike and runner only paved trails. I think my lovely town of Lynchburg could learn something from the West Coasters, “Love your Bikers!”
