Winter Fat Follow Up
April 27th, 2005 by Guitar TedA while back I wrote an article called Winter Fat. Well keeping true to my word, I’ve become a true and living proof that my article worked.
I’ve dropped about 21lbs since February, lost about 3% on my body fat, and trained 18 miles a day 3-4 times a week. I’ve even become a vegetarian!
You know what, I feel and look GREAT! My wife keeps telling me how much she likes the skinnier me and the whole weight loss has affected my riding in a great way.
I can now climb and ride faster. I climb all my hills on my middle ring, 32 with out any problems.
