A new Mountain Bike friendly Café and B& B has recently opened it’s doors in the Mid Wales town of Brecon. Running a lodge/chalet for Mountain Bikers had always been a dream of committed Mountain Bikers Carole and John Paish, so they fled the city for a healthier life in the hills and the result is the Bridge Café.
Situated in Brecon the accomodation they offer is a great base to explore the vast amount of MTBing that the area has to offer. There is a secure storage area for bikes, an area to store wet gear, provision of a hose pipe, basic spare parts for mountain bikes, loan of waterproof maps for a returnable deposit and they will even arrange bike hire from the local bike shop situated 100m up the road.
