Having your seat set at the right height makes all the difference. It helps keep extra stress off the knees and increase the efficiency of your pedaling. About.com has added a new article to their FAQ about how to set up your seat height correctly.

    The article forgot to mention how if you don’t lower your seat your “boys” can get easily damaged if your going through some bumpy terrain.

    I learned quickly after hitting my boys I ended up in the ER with a swollen right nut…not fun.

    got to agree…and add another tip…dont wear boxers while biking!, my nad slipped under the seat and my leg kept it there while the bike pulled away,,,o the tears! :*(**
