Cygolite Follow-Up

A few days ago, I was really bummed out to see that my newly purchased Cygolite Night Rover WB light had a burnt bulb. My low beam bulb was gone for some weird reason. I’ve only had the darn thing for less than 2 weeks. So I called the folks at Cygolite expecting to fight tooth and nail to get my bulb replaced under the warranty.

But you know what? Those guys are AMAZING! Not only did they warranty the part, but I got the bulb the very next day! I couldn’t believe how well their Customer Service was. That’s why I felt compelled to share it with you guys.

I think that it is important companies have excellent customer service in order to create loyal customers.

    I am willing to pay for great customer service. Sigma Sport also has great support. I have a PC14 HR monitor that is old as dirt. The chest strap just wasn’t doing right and they replaced it at no charge. They gained my business forever.
