Tuesday Night Ridin

March 29th, 2005 by Mike

Well after the fit that I threw about all the rain we have been getting here in VA the sun came out to smack me in the face. So I decided to take advantage of the great weather and hit the trails this afternoon. I went to Blackwater Creek Trail because it usually dries out faster than the other trails in the area. Amazingly, it was the driest I had seen it this year. The trails were nice and compacted and they weren’t riddled with ruts, which made for a great ride. I stayed out for about an hour and 15 – 20 minutes which is not bad seeing as how I didn’t hit the trail until a quarter after 5. And of course I was sportin the DirtRag Argyle socks. They are freakin amazing, my foot no longer feels like it is in a sauna. The socks breathe very well hence the name Air-E-Ator that Defeet has branded on them. All in all it was a great afternoon for a mountain bike ride!
