		<description>That's great to hear Tim! I'm glad you folks had a great time. You know what's funny Tim, my was is a runner too. She's transitioning over to biking because one of her knees was giving her problems. She's like your wife, getting up early to  run at least 4 miles. 
That's pretty cool how my article pretty much matched your experience, the weird part we hadn't really talked much about my article before your ride. So I guess great minds think alike!
