While a diet low in carbohydrates might be a solution for losing weight, it’s not the right choice for individuals who participate in endurance sports such as cycling.

It’s funny you brought this up. A few years ago, I was trying to cut some weight, so I decided that Atkins was the way to go. Big Mistake!
