Now I’ve seen cars up on blocks with their wheels ripped off, but I’ve never heard of the thief leaving behind a stack of tires for a replacement.

I ran across this post about a guy that had his wheels jacked but the thief left an old pair behind for him. The kicker is that they didn’t even fit his bike, so you know the thief didn’t trade out the wheels on their ride. People got problems.
