		<description>Just go off the start screaming like a crazed maniac.  That will scare people enough to clear a wide open path for ya.  Good luck! 

My tip....eat a low fiber pre-race meal at least 3 hours before your start.  That way your tummy will be happy.  You need the blood in your legs, not in your gut digesting your food.</description>

		<description>One crucial tip! Make sure you do an agressive warm up before your race. You've got tons of adrenaline in your body before the race and you need to use some of it up. If you don't and you go balls out off the starting line, you will bonk in a few miles. Try to ride a few miles for a bit, if you have a trainer, set it up and pedal for at least 20 mins. Good Luck!</description>
