First Redline Ride

Went for my first spin around town yesterday on the new Redline Monocog. Handles well and feels pretty sturdy. I was afraid the 17″ frame may be a little small, but I scooted the seat back and raised it up and I felt right at home.

    Very nice SS! But….PLEASE remove that hideous chain guard before you take it out in a crash! That thing is NASTY! Also- unnecessary. The chances of you getting clothing tangled up in the chain is next to nil. Come on, get rid of it NOW!

    Yeah yeah I know. The guys in the dirt rag forums made fun of me for that to. Im thinking about getting some fenders for it though so my butt wont get soaked on the rainy days.

    that is pretty nice. I like the black paintjob!!! I’m converting my giant to a singlespeed too.
