Happy New Year! I am worn out. After a long ride yesterday, a long run this morning and intense, action-packed dodgeball action for a couple hours this afternoon, I need rest.

Hope everyone enjoyed ringing in the new year. My resolutions this year are to ride in my first mtb race and, at some point, grow a beard. What are yours?

    My wife works at a place here in Lynchburg, VA that lets us use their gym. So inspired by the Ben Stiller movie, a bunch of us got together to play. It was a blast!

    Good luck on getting into your first race, the beard as well. I tried the beard thing, but cannot make it through the itch phase.
    My resolution is to relocate to St. George Utah. Just posted resumes last night!
